I have found a new love and it’s called meditation. I downloaded this app called Headspace and let me tell you it has been working wonders for me over the last 3 weeks. I started the first week in July just before me and hubby celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary in New York! I was so free and clear and absolutely motivated. I want to attempt to mediate longer than 10 minutes but right now thats about all I can do because of interruptions. Has anyone tried Headspace or another form of meditation ? Please share the dets.
